made a big mistake of talking about being raised as a jehovah's witness to some old friends and family.

people have told me that i am still a jws even though i've never been baptized.

i'm in school for social services, dealing with student loan debt, and a lot of other debt.

There sure as hell aint a support system at the hall. At your age you must have some work friends, and neighbors.
And there are not any meetings at the hall, it is all zoom.

I lost 25cents on slots. Made $4, and $40 on lotto. No telling how much I spent, but I buy only 1 ticket, or when the powerball is a third gazillion I will buy one.
Everyone talks about how much they win at Vegas but I notice the casinos are still in business.

Unemployment is figured from benefits. A person who has timed out, self employed, and underemployed are not figured in. The black market cash is harder to figure.
The available jobs have an array of caveats: physical health, training, skills, distances to travel, part time.
We could go back to the ( never existed) farmer, mill operator, blacksmith, baker, all living above the shops.
There is little thought of modern innovations. Example: bessemer made better steel, so better rail to carry goods, making luxury items for the masses. That also brought backbreaking labor, pollution, coal mines, pit mines, migrant slums.
In the new world perfect people will never break that pre armageddon charger full of fruit so we will not need a glass factory or clay mine😊

I havent seen any except a few closely guarded " kingdom " mags. Maybe they count every hit on the website too.
That 16 page thing was an embarrassment, along with the cover art.

It is better they stayed away. I am disappointed that pence didn't go to the trump farewell, but he is part of the swamp
There are already questionable solutions to questionable problems being rolled out or rolled back. Biden does not have my interests at heart. But he will make sure I toe the mark. Trump mostly had us little people on ignore.

are there specific rules or watchtower articles that must be followed?.

i have been to three different wakes/funerals where a disfellowshipped person attended with different results.. 1. ten years ago my first cousin passed away.

It does depend on the locals and how self righteous they are. There may be a bit of reaction if you know what the offense was
I will greet, hug, visit with them, hounders be damned. And that goes for ANY time I see one. Being human

i can remember when i joined the chess class in middle school.

my mother brought out an older watchtower article about how chess is a game of war.

since i left the cult in 95 i have slowly lost any connection to the cult.

Video games teach violence. And waste time you could study. And promote living in a fantasy world.
Actually blue light and inactivity are a concern.
Chess is beyond the mental capacity of most.

yes, the long-awaited vaccine entered my bloodstream yesterday at 5 pm.. as steve martin humorously remarked, "good news/bad news.

good news: i just got vaccinated!

bad news: i got it because i'm 75.

Oxford? The US seems to have stopped at Pfizer and Moderne. I would prefer a traditional vaccine until more testing is done.
This years flu vaccine made me somewhat sick, the shingles made me very sick for 3 days both times.
Ant hope for a cocktail? All 20 or 30 known viruses (virii?) at once?

$5+ gasoline, rolling blackouts, brownshirts, a duty to retreat even if you have a ( unregistered) weapon. ( redistributing wealth but not from the really wealthy)
In the US you should learn enough Spanish to get by. In Europe Arabic.
If the extreme predictions about the vaccines are true abortions will decline.
This is UScentric, but Canada, Australia, NZ, Europe, S America are well along the same path or ahead. China is a leader.
We are seeing social engineering already with the goal of having the average person live an above average life🤔. Maybe bitcoin will be the new world currency.

There are a lot of reposts of talks, assemblies, videos. You gotta find some way to get in your time.
My brother is always getting " meetings" on YouTube. He said you have to be careful. He is old and I am not going to rattle his cage.
Are there any more lego commentaries? Or the good old cartoons.
